Those are set automatically according to the price package selected when adding the listing.

you need to create custom fields from GeoDirectory >> Place Settings : https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/

Create or edit at least 1 listing to populate the new custom fields and export via GeoDirectory >> Import / Export: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/.
