Hi,
there could be a JS conflict, possibly with another plugin. If you provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply we will have a look.
Thanks

Hi,
all translated strings have been approved and I asked to Stiofan to correct the wrong string you found.
Thanks
p.s. we normally approve translations when you guys alert us that there is something to approve…
No it is not.
The shortcodes are not meant to be used for that and will only ever list published posts.
Thanks
March 8, 2017 at 5:20 pm in reply to: Trying to use categories in new [gd_listing_map] shortcode… #366168Hi Kory,
there was a bug in the latest version with this shortcode that would allow only the default CPT to be used.

Thanks

Setting the reply as private will make it readable only by forum moderators.

Hi,
we would need FTP credentials:
host:
port:
username:
password:you can ask to your hosting provider where you can find them.
Let us know,
Thanks
It was working with Starter, another alternative could be supreme. https://wordpress.org/themes/supreme-directory
Otherwise you’ll need to ask for support to the theme author.
Thanks
Ok I think I found the problem, in design > map you had the places CPT and all its category disabled, so the map wasn’t working as expected. If you add back that plugin, we can activate your theme and that plugin again and see if its solved.
let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
if you manage to get FTP or cPanel credentials, we will fix this very fast. I’m really sorry about it, I just activated one of our theme to see if the problem was coming from that theme or from our plugin.
To get FTP or cPanel details and credentials, just ask to your hosting provider.
If you want to do it by yourself, go via FTP or file manager to wp-content/plugins and remove or rename this plugin: theme_support_marist.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, but once we have access to your server, it’ll be very easy to fix this.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi and sorry about that, did you try disabling all non GD plugins for a moment to test and see if the problem disappears? Normally that is what causes similar problem.
If it does, please reactivate them one by one till you find the culprit.
If it doesn’t please provide admin credentials and we will debug this.
Thanks
Hi,
1)
.geodir_category_list_view li .geodir-post-img {width:20%}2)
.geodir-chosen-container-single .chosen-single span {font-size: 20px;}if you need to make many more changes, please consider hiring a web designer / developer.
These are considered customization and for this beyond support.
Thanks
Hi,
you should never remove css from the main style.css file. After every update your changes will be lost.
Please add this css to design > scripts > custom css:
.gde-recurring-cont.gde-recurr-cont-act { display: none; }Thanks
