Hi,
there is a video on the docs I linked and there are videos for all Add-ons too.
If you provide a link and admin credentials, we’ll check why you are getting a 404 error.
Thanks

not without checking your wp-admin. If you provide a link and admin credentials we’ll have a look.
Also make sure to send credentials for a user who claimed a listing and that is experiencing this problem.
Thanks

Hi,
there are pages of email that seem like spam being logged: http://salseros-international.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml_plugin_log
Please ask to your server admin if he can identify what they are using to send them.
That’s probably queuing all your other emails and some are not even sent.
As I said all this problems are NOT GeoDirectory related, so we can’t really help you with them.
It’s up to your hosting provider to assist you with it.
Thanks
February 14, 2017 at 11:11 pm in reply to: Advanced Search Not Working – 502 TimeOuts Every Time #361597I really suggest Cloudways over any of those.
It’s managed cloud with scaling on demand. We use it and it works flawlessly with GD.
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
go to GeoDirectory >> General >> Allow user to see wp-admin area and select YES.
Now you can use a script or plugin (if it exists) that only allows admin and selected users to access the wp-admin.
That goes beyond support.
Thanks
