I’m sorry, but we consider this a customization.
We never got any similar request, probably because other South Africans using the plugin are charging in Rand and are not trying to charge in USD when the payment gateway doesn’t accept it.
You’ll need to hire a developer to help you with this specific case, at the moment there is nothing we can do to assist you as part of support.

Just FYI, we did it because we were told by Spanish members that’s what’s used in Spain.
Before changing, we checked both Wikipedia and Google Maps and both confirmed what the other members where saying.
They do confirm the opposite of what you are saying for all Canaries locations too.

That’s probably because the license were activated on the staging website and when moved they needed to be deactivated and re-activated to include the final domain.

DateTime::createFromFormat() was introduced in php 5.3. And most likely you have older one. So – install php >= 5.3 and you’ll get it worked
