1) I don’t see anything on our side that would cause that error, the license is active and valid, if you provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply, we will look into it.
2) Because I can’t access our Stripe account, I cannot answer with certainty, but as far as I know we don’t have the tools to do something similar.
We can refund of course, but not re-charge you immediately after. Only you with your credit card can process any transaction on our website. Either it was an error made by the payment gateway or something made by your credit card company / bank.
I asked to Stiofan to investigate with Stripe customer service and to let us know,
