did you update both core plugin and add-ons?
hi,
get the license keys from here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/42u-dnet/downloads/ and add them in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing.
That will unlock auto updates.
If that doesn’t work (it should), you can update them using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Or overwrite them via FTP.
Thanks
Hi again,
I just checked that and I see plenty of errors.
If I select city there are addresses while there should be only city names and in regions, you have a lot of them that are abbreviated.
That will not work. Country, region and city names must be entered as the Gmaps API returns them.
They are never abbreviated.
You need to export the CSV correct everything following documentation here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/
Once everything is correct, import it back to update the listings. Also make sure you don’t have duplicate location in GeoDirectory >> MultiLocations >> Manage Locations. If you do, merge them. That should fix everything.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi,
have you checked the Advance Search Add-on po file?
Let us know,
Thanks
February 9, 2017 at 10:22 pm in reply to: [an error occurred while processing this directive] #358665Hi,
I don’t see any error from my computer, so I believe you have problems with GeoLocation.
1st you should make sure your website is running correctly under https.
Please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
Search for “http://mysite.com” replace with “https://mysite.com”You should also clear your browser Geo Location settings: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-can-i-clear-geo-location-settings/
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
I tried several time to do that without success, so it must be your browser Geo Location settings that need to be cleared.
Thanks
Hi,
I’d suggest to use Supreme instead of Starter?
Or to make your own child theme taking from Supreme?
All these questions are beyond support. They are considered customization.
Thank you
Hi,
go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / licensing and add and activate the license key that you find here : https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/chengbinzhang2010/downloads/
That should unlock auto updates.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
🙂
Hi,
Thanks
Hi,
normally after adding the API number & secret key, you have to click on the authorize button, that should open a popup window with the Facebook oauth form asking you to login and authorize the app.
Have you done that?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
you haven’t updated the themes, which is where the fix is.
Thanks
Hi,
please provide admin credentials and we will have a look.Thank you,
Hi,
that’s because today we released new updates for all plugins, I thought you knew that.
We’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
that’s because by typing Iowa and clicking enter, you search around the center of Iowa for a radius of 40 miles. If you increase that to 400 (like I did) or even more, than you’ll get all in Iowa and beyond too.
The setting can be found in GeoDirectory >> General >> Search (like I said in my previous reply).
Thanks
