you’d really need a multilingual website. If the content of the post is in Romanian, the menu and all other elements of the website should be the same.

If content is in English the menu and so on should be in English.

There is a plugin called WPML that allows to do that.

that file is all wrong.

A lot of regions are missing and a lot that are not are abbreviations. Some are missing also the address, city and other mandatory fields.

Same with countries, a lot are abbreviations.

All regions must be there and must be spelled out, same with Countries. USA must be United States, UK must be United Kingdom and so on.

Also you have a lot of addresses that start with a comma?
