1) users can register and create their own listings.
You’ll need to enable the creation of each CPT via GD > Design > Navigation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation2) They are all CPT to start with. If you want to move a listings from the Places CPT to a CPT you created, you can do that via export/import: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#export
Export, edit the CPT name and re-import to update

I think the problem is the way it’s been translated. The developers will let us know with precision and they’ll correct it too.
However they’ll need access to your database via phpmyadmin or cpanel.

In addition, you are on a managed wp hosting with GoDaddy. That is not even compatible with GD Booster and many other features of GeoDirectory (that fortunately you aren’t using like the location manager).
Either remove the plugin or change hosting plan. Possibly a VPS.

The business of all of our customers is. It’s not that we don’t want to communicate with them, they have to do it via the forum if they insist, because that is how we work.
No exception is made.
We don’t know why it is not working, it could be a number of things, for example Sagepay could have changed something on their side.
We’ll be able to determine that once Sagepay gives us a test account again.

there are customers who bought all of our products individually, spending way more than what your customer paid for the Sagepay add-on and we ìdon’t provide email support for them.
I really don’t see why we should change our support policy in this particular case.
In addition we wouldn’t be able to tell them anything more than what we told you here.
Until Sagepay get back to us, we can’t do any testing.
Last time we asked for it in September and we got it end of October, do you remember?
