HI,
please provide a link so that we can see what’s wrong.
Thanks
Hi,
I flagged this for Guust who does freelance work in his spare time. However your menu now looks correct to me, apart from the Logo being to big and hiding part of the menu.
If you scroll down it looks good though.
Let us know,
Thanks
It’s not a matter of quality of support. Only accounts that purchased have right to support, so you should be using the account of your client and not yours to ask for support about add-ons.
That’s how we know if you purchased or not.
Your customer only rights are linked to his/her account and those cannot be extended to your account.

Thank you

@media only screen and (max-width: 660px) { .geodir-content-right .geodir_category_list_view li.gridview_onehalf, .geodir-content-left .geodir_category_list_view li.gridview_onehalf, .geodir_category_list_view li.gridview_onethird, .geodir_category_list_view li.gridview_onehalf, .geodir_category_list_view li.gridview_onefourth, .geodir_category_list_view li.gridview_onefifth { width: 100% !important }}Let me know how it goes,

Hi,
we already replied clearly to your question. There is no such option. The “Search For” field will only look into title, description, tags and categories.
Thanks
Hi,
if you think that is a good way to engage them, yo ushould try it. There are no limits to the number of users that you can create.
Thanks
Hi,
at the moment there is not, but Stiofan is looking into a possible solution.
Thanks
Hi,
your licenses are currently only active for this URL: rmcc.bwwtest.com
Is that the one you are trying to update right now?
If it isn’t, make sure to deactivate the licenses, add them again and re-activate them to add the new URL. This happen when moving a website from a staging site to the live website.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
there is no settings for that, when on mobile view you always have a single listings column.
Thanks
Hi,
Please add this to your custom css:
span[itemprop="streetAddress"] { display: block; } p[itemprop="address"] br { display: none; }Thanks
This would be a question better asked in the Buddypress forums, however I asked to the developers if they have an easy solution for this.
Thanks
DId you let the address autocompleter do the selection or did you click on the button to set the address on the map?
Please provide admin credentials if you want us to look into it directly.
Thanks
Hi Belen,
1) this css:
.map_category { display: none; }2.1)
.geodir-loc-bar { border: 0 none; }2.2)
#main-content .container::before { width: 0; }2.3) `ul.geodir-tabs-content {
border: 0 none;
}3) Please try:@media only screen and (max-width: 479px)
.geodir-loc-bar-in, .geodir-cat-list, ul#breadcrumbs {
width: 100%;
}`4) The sticky map should be disabled in mobile, it’s not really useful, I asked to the developers to follow up on this.
5) that is how a responsive page works. All info that is in a sidebar on desktop, will be below the content on mobile. There is no way to do that. The only logical thing would be to re-arrange the data so that phone and similar info are visible in the content area too.
6) You need your website to be secure for GeoLocation to work with any browser except firefox.
Please see https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/Thanks
