Hi,
“makes the user think there’s an error”
because there is an error, they are trying to select more categories than they can with that package.
If you have other packages that allow to select more categories, that’s the only way to let them know they should go for a higher package.
If you don’t have other prices and you only allow 1 category, you shouldn’t have sub-categories at all, because nobody will ever be able to select them.
Thanks

You can change that output from the field settings themselves. GD >> Place Settings.
Translating with via po file would necessary only if you have a multi lingual website.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
If that still doesn’t help, please provide a link and admin credentials and we will set up a custom home page for you.
Let us know,

Hi,
this looks like a bug as I can see something similar in our demos.
I alerted Stiofan and he’ll let us know asap.
Thanks for spotting it.
Hi,
please try this CSS:
.geodir_flexslider .geodir-slides > li { max-height: 150px; }You should add it to GeoDirectory >> Design >> Scripts >> Custom CSS.

Hi,
you need to go to Appearance >> Widgets. Find the GD Search widget in the left column click on it and select the GD Listing top section widget area.

December 5, 2016 at 5:35 pm in reply to: Adding Location switcher to Supreme Directory featured area #319305Hi Benjamin,
make sure to keep a back up of that file. Even though it is a child theme, Supreme is quite frequently updated.
Thanks
Hi,
the add-ons installed are from at least a couple of years ago. So old that it will be impossible now to auto update them.
You will need to download each of them from here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/tombabwa/downloads/ and update them with either a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ or via FTP.
After you updated them all, go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing and add each license keys that you find here too: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/tombabwa/downloads/
After activating them, you’ll see auto updates notices for the add-ons too. It is fundamental that you always update both the core plugin and all the add-ons too.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. You shouldn’t edit any css file, custom css should be added to design > scripts > custom css.
If you provide a link and admin credentials we will show you how to.
Thanks
Your website is still service mixed content. You must search all old instances of your URL with http and replace them with https.
The Better search and replace plugin will help you with that. https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi Belen,
without seeing your website, it’s almost impossible to help.
If you provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply, one of our developers will reply to all of your questions.
Thanks
