    I’m really sorry Tia, I think we all missed to double check your question.

    I asked again to follow up. They’ll let you know asap.

    Thanks

    HI,

    the claim listing link would normally appear in the DESIGN section: “User Links section (Edit post, Favorite etc..) that you disabled. I enabled it back and it didn’t help.

    I checked if claim listing was correctly enabled and it wasn’t, so I selected Places as CPT to enable the claim listing. That should have helped but didn’t.

    Then I noticed none of your listings have an author assigned. That could be the problem, please correct that (export/edit/re-import) and let us know.

    Thanks

    The main problem I think is the size of the uploaded image. It is a bit too small. The optimal size would be 800x600px.

    There is also some CSS from the theme interfering. I’m not sure we can make it look much better with such a small image though, I asked to developers to have a look at it and let us know,

    You can add/remove elements from the map bubble from Place Settings, just click on any field and you will find options to select including map bubble.

    Thanks

    I’m sorry, but that is not possible. You can only add extra rating criteria.

    Thanks

    HI,

    it looks like the stylesheet is not loaded at all. Who knows… what do you mean by “defence computer”?

    We could only help if we could test it out directly.

    I see they seem to be using an old version of IE. Maybe tell them to install Chrome or Firefox that are free and better. You’d be teaching them something new and give them a great advice…

    If all those pages are empty (no title no nothing), yes I believe you can safely delete them

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi,

    GeoDirectory does not work that way. All users can submit listings, all users can visit other listings.

    That would require a customization.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    sorry about the misunderstanding, if you figured it out, it means you are using the Payment manager.

    In that case please use the account that purchased it to ask questions about it and submit them in the right forum.

    This is the forum for the core plugin, not the payment manager.

    Thank you,

    There are no such options I’m sorry. Currently GeoDirectory only offer a pay per listing model.

    Thanks

    You can hide the link with css or hiding the links section in design > detail.

    Then you can send the link like this:

    http://yoursite.com/gd-login/?redirect_to=http://yoursite.com/url-listing-being-claimed/?gd_go=claim

    It will be the link for non logged in users.

    Obviously you have to change yoursite.com to your real domain and yoursite.com/url-listing-being-claimed to the URL of the listing you want be claimed.

    Thanks

    Sorry, the developers must have overlooked your last reply.

    5) try this in design >> scripts >> custom css:

    .sd .geodir_category_list_view li.gridview_onefifth {
        margin: 0 12px 0 0;
        width: calc(20% - 12px) !important;
    }

    6) it is not possible with options, it would require custom code

    9) If you select that page in GD permalinks as home it will use a different template. (gd home).

    10) you need to reorder the tabs (even if you are not using them, reordering the elements requires the same approach): https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/

    Let me know if anything is missing.

    Thanks
