each CPT has a unique add listing form.

Example:

places : yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place
events : yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event

Yours are presumably:

services : yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_services
finance : yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_finance

that is a request to be submitted to your hosting provider support.

GeoDirectory sends its emails through wp_mail just like WordPress, you need to ask them why it is not working.

TO avoid blacklists and antispam filters, we also use an external service called sparkpost that allows up to 100k free emails and they have a wp plugin.
