you can only pass a variable to an external shortcode (non GD) via PHP, so it could only be done via custom code inside a php template.

Not from the dashboard. That couldn’t be done even if we wanted to, without customizing the code of the weather plugin too.

I’m sorry to inform you that your assumption is not correct.

99% of themes (or more) do not provide options to move the logo from right to left or any other similar options for that matter.

There are very few themes that will provide an interface to modify the header graphically without needing to tweak CSS and ours are not part of that < 1%. Thank you,

2) For this please look into: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/adding-a-payment-gateway-to-payments-manager/. Custom payment gateway will only need a few tweaks to work in the new system too.
