I believe that happens whenever Google GeoLocation service is unable to determine the location, but I’ll ask to Stiofan to confirm.
Thanks for your patience,

I’m sorry, I did tested and indeed I’m receiving the second email that is only supposed to be received by the admin.
Please provide admin credentials and I’ll have admin check what is responsible for this. I can’t recreate it on our demo.
Thanks
Hi,
that is a server related issue. The only way to speed up your website is to use a better performing server.

Hi,
in order to change the output of the plugin, you either modify the templates, or you work with hooks.
This however is a customization and outside the scope of support.
Thank you
You should use just bar as tag and query that in sussex or surrey (which are 2 regions if I’m not mistaken).
Thanks
Hi,
1) to hide tags from the add listing form, you can use this css:
#geodir_post_tags_row { display: none; }2) there is no way to do that, you can only query 1 tag at a time.
Thanks
Hi,
something is making it ignore the pagination query. With 57 active plugins it’s hard to tell which one could be the culprit (if any). The 1st thing I’d try to do would be to deactivate all non GD plugins (excluding buddyrpess of course) to see if the problem persists.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Jeffrey,
because we don’t have a demo built with Kleo and Visual Builder.
It is not possible to create a demo import file that works with any theme and builder, unless you use the GD home page, in that case adding the dummy data, also adds few widgets in all GD widgets areas.
If you give me a link of the demo you are referring to, I’ll try to point you in the right direction.
Thanks
Hi,
The free plugin only allows to submit listings within the default location. If you want users to submit listings in addresses outside the default location, you must install the Location Manager add-on.
As a member you find the download link here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/jwchameleoncorp/downloads/
Have you done so?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
for the demo we used beaver builder that includes option to add widgets.
I have never tested Visual Builder, I don’t know if you have options for widget or if you have to use shortcodes.

Let us know how it goes,
Thanks

Hi,
pins can only be assigned to categories, not single listings.
I see the pin now, see image attached.
Thanks
