Thanks for letting us know 🙂
Hi again,
If “Disable rating without disabling comments on listings” was checked, users could leave comment without stars.
Having it disabled, means nobody can add comments without stars.
Yes the system counts only reviews with stars, the only way to fix that now would be to delete those comments and add them back with stars. I’m not sure if there is any other way (maybe via DB).
I asked to the developers to check and let us know,
Thanks for your patience,
oh ok,
the lat and long problem is CSS. They are there, but text is white on a white field, so they look empty, but they are there.
You have the same problem on the login form.
The faulty CSS is here: http://meetupforcoffee.com/wp-content/uploads/custom_styles/dynamic.css?ver=4.1.4

October 14, 2016 at 4:17 pm in reply to: Map and search widgets not displaying when buddypress activated #284012Hi Robert,
the problem on that topic was an old version of Whoop installed.
i just double checked and you have the exact same problem. You have version 1.0.0 installed and current version is 1.0.8
The version you are using is so old that doesn’t include the auto update system, so you’ll have to update it manually via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi,
I flagged this for the developers, I’m not 100% sure it is possible.
They’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
some of your add-ons are very old (over 10 months). Please make sure you are running the latest version of everything. You can check version numbers here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/mc1171611/downloads/
Location and payment manager currently installed are still using the old auto update system, so you’ll ahve to manually update them via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
After that I’d try to disable all non GD plugins momentarily too see if one them is causing this issue.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
October 14, 2016 at 4:08 pm in reply to: Add "Verified Badge" to Geodir Category List (Grid) View #284007Hi,
did you try the code provided there?
Hi again,
I just tried activating the advance search license and it worked fine.
Are you using the keys that are found here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/ybmsteve/downloads/?

TypeError: this.notes[0] is undefined
https://widgets.wp.com/notifications/build.min.js?6a0b66a8f2bf309ea22cb7a194121f6d
Line 10Appears to be coming from a JetPack component. Can you please try to disable it momentarily to see if that is it?
Let us know,
Thanks
hi,
Will you please provide a link from facebook that is not being imported correctly?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
sorry I missed to attached the image, but yes everything looks like it is working fine now.
Warnings are not errors, they are just notices and in your case the problem was just temporary.
Thanks
I see that listing set as private and you are currently in modifying it. Did you try setting it as published instead of private?
Let me know if you logged out of it so I can check.
Thanks
hi,
I’m not sure cPanel makes all folder within wp-content have the same permission recursively.
Please provide FTP credentials and we will have a look. Please ask read our support policy:

You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
the demo content supplied is supplied published with or without you creating the custom fields.
Please try to put a generic value in all of those fields, or make them non mandatory and you will see that the listings will get published.
After all, that is the logic behind mandatory fields.
Thanks
