    Duplicate titles are not related with the URL. These are the URL that have an identical meta title and you should change the title. (not remove the CPT from the URL).

    it’ll be visible in the language where it was submitted.

    If they submit it from the chinese add listing form, it will be visible only in the chinese version, even if the text is in english

    Hi,

    You can redirect users to the default location in GD >> Advance Search >> Redirect Settings On First Time Load >> Redirect to default location (on first time load users will be redirected to default location)

    no the address field is mandatory, but you can simply put the city or location name instead of a fake address.
