If you have the Google Address Autocompleter on, that’s the place holder from google.
You can’t change it.
Thanks
hi,
the only problem I see is the zoom level that is not set to auto zoom for the sidebar map on listings pages. The map on the tab is correct and if you zoom in on the sidebar map the address is correct too. You just need to enable auto zoom on the sidebar widget.
If you provide a link to the listing with the event showing a blank map and admin credentials in a private reply we will check what happened.
Let us know,
Hi Ahmad,
I’m sorry about that, I asked to the developers to check this and let us know how to fix it.
Thanks for your patience,
Please provide links instead of screenshots, images cannot be inspected. What’s the link of that listing?
Thanks
Hi,
I asked to the developers to check why the location specific description isn’t appearing instead of the default description. They’ll let us know asap.
The sohrtcode in there isn’t working, because the location tag is : %location% (it says it in the note below the option about it).
Thanks
Sorry I see it now.
What I see now is that it appears only on desktop and as soon as you shrink the browser windows it falls down below the header and under the featured image.
I can’t really give you that many more pointers because in my opinion there is no space for the search form in the header, especially on mobile… How would you fit it in there?
Thanks
Hi,
I think you removed it again. In any case, adding a search form in the header is considered a customization.
Probably you just need some extra css to accommodate it.
Thanks
1) I can’t recreate this, is everything up to date on your website? Please provide a link and admin credentials and we will check.
2) I need to ask to the developers if there is a way to do this, as Guust says, that notification is sent by WordPress, not GD.
They’ll let us know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
are all your add-ons up to date? That was a bug in a old version of the plugins.
If you did, please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.
Let us know,
Thanks
Must be something related to the new CF system we just released.
I asked to the developers to have a look.
Thanks for your patience.
Yes you can either via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
In the 1st case you need to download the zip 1st and unzip it on your desktop before overwriting the outdated files in each plugin folder.
With the secon,d you install the zip files like if you were uploading a new plugin, but you select the option to upgrade the existing plugin.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
that’s because closed or public groups cannot be imported, only public pages and events.
Thanks
Hi,
there are no specific PHP module requested to cache pages, if the CSS and JS processing is working, the page is cached.
It will never cache pages for logged in users, that’s why you see that message.
Thanks
Hi,
at the moment it can only be added via widget. If you can use PHP in the template you can use the the_widget function
https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/the_widget
Let us know if that helped.
Thanks
Hi,
it looks like you are using the latest version of the claim listing add-on with an old version of the core plugin installed.
Please update everything and let us know if that helped.
Thanks
