for what you requested in the original question, you don’t need a membership plugin.
You can create 3 prices with the pricing manager:
Free Membership
Full Membership
Premium MembershipWhen users add a listing, they will be requested to pay, so each listing will be equal to one payment.
S2member has a 14 days refund policy and if you explain the situation, I hope they’ll be wise enough to grant a refund.
In case they don’t, please let me know (we’ll stop referring people to them if they are that greedy) and we’ll provide a coupon for the $89.

That is the setting for the “search for” field. If you you want to disable it for the “near” field, you find the setting in:
GeoDirectory > Locations > Other
Enable location search autocompleter? This will enable location autocomplete search on the location search bar.

I know we checked this on our side already and couldn’t recreate the issue.

No Logout = All login / logout options have been removed from GDV2. Either you use wp login/logout pages or UsersWP or an alternative.
You have a login/logout link in UWP that can be easily added to a menu. Menus can be added to sidebars with the Navigation Menu widget.Favorites = will appear as soon as you have favorites.
My listings = will appear as soon as you have listings.Invoice History = From my previous reply.
To see your invoice you need to have some invoice and that now appears as a tab on UWP only (the screenshot you see was from GD v1).
