Your plugins are currently all up to date. Everything seems to be working as it should.

GeoDirectoryx Force Update Plugin was only to be used to update location and payment manager back in March. That plugin is not longer needed for you.

the code was working, however it is not necessary, because on supreme the navigation is already added to the top of the listings to show the pagination info (Showing Places 1-6 of 40), but the navigation links are hidden with css, reason why they were not showing.

Please remove the extra code from functions.php and add this to design >> scripts >> custom css:

.sd .geodir-common .clearfix .Navi {
    display: block;
}

the database table for CPT shoukd be edited and a lot of functions would have to be customized to be able to do something like that.
