Hi Again,
there is something wrong, but I can’t find what it is causing it. While the location switcher is working as expected, the search widget isn’t. When you switch location, the near field should change color and show the selected city. Searching should only search in that city.
I still think it’s a server configuration problem, because everything looks in order on the application side and I can’t recreate this in any of our demos.
I asked to the developers to follow up. They will let us know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe Neighborhoods can only use the parent city description, meta and featured image at the moment.
I asked to the developers to confirm.
Thanks
Hi,
there is no option to do that, to achieve it you will need to customize the widget, that’s beyond support.
You will need to reduce the font size or change the css that clips the text, however that will create layout problems. If you provide a link where I can see the problem and I can inspect it, I can maybe provide a solution.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Peter,
the developer found that something is changing text/javascript to text/rocketscript inline on your code.
example:
<script type="text/rocketscript">setTimeout("document.frm_payment_method.submit()",50);</script>`
That is wrong, but we don’t know where it is coming from…
Does it ring a bell for you? Do you have the same on the other website?
Let us know,
Thanks
hi,
your default location is currently:
, , Switzerland
City and Region are blank for it and that’s not possible. You must have a real city as your default location.
Let us know if fixing that helped.
Thanks

Hi Peter,
one of the developers is looking into it as we speak.
Thanks for your patience,
What do you mean by editing index.php file accordingly?
Did you follow the documentation? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
To remove that error, just undo whatever you did…
Let us know how you went and please remember to open new topics for every problem you experience.
Thanks
