it depends what kind of hcanges you need to do, if it’s just CSS, add it to GeoDirectory >> Design >> Scripts >> Custom CSS.

That will be saved in the database and will be update safe.

normally that would be in settings >> reading, but all elegant themes like Divi have extra option in the theme settings page, that overwrite the normal wordpress setting.

Delete all files and folder related to cache and the w3tc config folder in wp-content.

Gd Booster will not really help if the server is underpowered. It will speed up a website that is running on a server that can handle the script.

you ahve 49 installed plugins and a lot of them are big plugins like GD, WooCommerce, BuddyPress, Gravity Form and the list goes on.

To make a fast website with that amount of big application plugins installed, you will need a very powerful server with a lot of optimization. Minimum a dedicated server good processors and with 16GB ram (24GB or 32GB would be better).

In addition you have W3 total cache installed that is not compatible with GeoDirectory, you should deactivate it and delete all files and folder it created in wp-content.
