You are welcome 🙂
You said you are using digital ocean, not cloudways. Cloudways provides digital ocean servers, properly configured, I don’t know who did the configuration of you digital ocean server.
If the server is poorly configured, it is normal to get poor performances.
Just move to Cloudways and your problems will be solved.
Thanks
Hi,
add 1 neighbourhood manually and export neighbourhoods.

Hi,
please pay attention to what you copy and paste, css doesn’t accept html characters.
You pasted this:
#avatar-upload & g t ; input { display: block !important; margin: 30px 0 0 !important; }(& g t ; without spaces)
I gave you this code instead:
#avatar-upload > input { display: block !important; margin: 30px 0 0 !important; }Thanks
Hi,
1) for the logged out and logged in problem, that must be cache. Do you have any caching plugin installed or has your server a built in caching system? Your plugin page doesn’t load at all for me…
2) a & b this is considered a customization, you’ll need to hire a developer to help you out with that.
c go to GeoDirectory >> Events Settings >> Default event filter and select upcoming or past.
That’s only applicable to events, places don’t have dates. If you want to change sorting options you got Place Settings >> Sorting options.
3) rename the gd-login page to directory in both title and slug.

ThanksHi,
just tick the “Set as private reply” checkbox below the option “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”.
Only moderators will be able to read it. Please expect an answer by monday. The developers are all off for the week end already.
Thanks
Hi,
please add this in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Scripts >> Custom CSS:
#avatar-upload > input { display: block !important; margin: 30px 0 0 !important; }Thanks
Hi,
the system doesn’t provide a similar option. I’m sorry.
Hi,
that mainly depends on the theme used, if it’s a compatible theme, there will be nothing to do. If you provide a link to show us what’s wrong, we may be able to help you fix it.
Thanks
Hi,
save button is inside each field option window. Whenever you add a field you must open it and set its settings and save. Just mving it from left to right doesn’t save it.
Thanks

Hi,
1 you can use the Custom Post Type add-on to create as many listings type as you want and for each CPT create as many categories as you wish. You should try to limit your categories to parent > sub-category.
For the default CPT Places, categories are created via Palces >> Place Categories or imported via CSV file.
For every new CPT that you add they will be created via CPT name >> CPT name Categories.
2) Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
