Hi,
[edited]
I think the check out page is using the author page sidebar. You should remove the map from there and possibly place the loginbox widget.Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
with this css:
.geodir-email-address-output { margin-left: 5px; }Just FYI, adding unmasked email addresses of your clients on your website will make it a scraping paradise for spammers.
That is really bad practice.
Thanks
Hi,
you should add the default template and add your widgets to the Page sidebar widget area.
Let us know if that helped.
Thanks
Hi,
and the link to the website is?
Hi,
that is because GD pages have their own sidebars and widget areas. You will need to add your widgets in the GD sidebars too.
Let us know if that was the problem.
Thanks

The old version of OpenSSL installed on your server doesn’t allow it to communicate with our server. OpenSSL is a PHP module installed in 99.9% of LAMP or LEMP servers even if you are serving your website via http and you don’t have a SSL certificate installed.
Not having a SSL cerificate isntalled, thus an unsecure website, GeoLocation will not work.
Updating OpenSSL is the job of your server admin, it isn’t something you can do on your own, unless you have root access to your server.
Thanks
Hi,
for the warning message please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/help-i-get-a-php-warning-on-my-pages/
For the second problem we would need to test, are you using Stripe sandbox? Please provide all credentials necessary to test in a private reply.
Thanks
July 5, 2016 at 5:52 pm in reply to: Still getting the "Oops! Something went wrong." message #221982Hi,
you will need the advance search add-on: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/advanced-search-filters/
Thanks
Hi,
if you make them locationless, they are not linked to a region or city.
That’s not possible, if you want them to be linked to a city, then you must give them a point on the map too. That can be generic.
Thanks
Is that what you meant by the option to make CPTs locationless
No it isn’t. You can remove everything related to the address fields in GeoDirectory >> General >> Select CPT to disable physical location.
You must have the CPT add-ons installed.
Let ume know if that helped.
Thanks
Hi,
thanks for spotting the bug with events date. I don’t know how we could miss it. I’ve flagged it for the developers, they’ll let us know as soon as it is fixed.
For the second question, you need to set the detail page as list and exclude the tab that you want to show on the sidebar instead. (the options are both on design >> detail)
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
I see correct both clubs and places, the only one wrong is events and I think this is related to the uncategorized events I mentioned to you in another forum post.
Let us know,
Thanks
