Add that snippet to your functions.php and change :

gd_place with gd_performer

and

search_gd_place with search_gd_performer

Finally modify the css provided by both me an KC as follow.

   display:none;
}
.post-type-archive-gd_performer #geodir_content, .search_gd_performer #geodir_content {
    flex-basis: 100%;

There is some css that is behaving different between the regular search button and the search button below the advance search filters.

I asked to the developer to find a solution and share it asap.

2 the URL showing on that screenshot is wrong. Seems to be another server issue, did you recently change server?

3 those are dynamic tags that should show the login url and so on. Your server is not parsing them.

Please provide admin credentials and we will check the last 2 points.

I added a task to only show the GeoDirectory link only if the current user has sufficient role to visit GD settings.

Yes we add the 1st image so that we can use it as featured image, I forgot to mention that.

You can add them all together and drag and drop them to re-order them. Always the 1st image will be picked up.
