The location/me page will do that and the search near will do that too.

The listing page will only show places that are effectively in that location.

Showing places that are close to a location, but are actually in another location is not possible.

It would require a major customization. I asked to Stiofan in the past about it and he confirmed that it wasn’t possible.

GeoDirectory only uses 1 page to submit any kind of listings, places, events or any custom post type created by the site admin. That is the “add listing” page. The variable at the end will tell the page which form to load, (place,events or any cpt).

That is not a mistake, it is just how the plugin works.

If you want to have a specific title and custom text for each form, you can probably do that using hooks via your theme functions.php, it will require some conditional tags.

I asked to the developer if possible to provide an example for your case.

Hi Lisa,

there must be something adding it back. When “allow users to see the wp-admin area” is set to no, the regular WP toolbar is automatically hidden by GeoDirectory.

If you provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply, we will look into it for you.
