hi,
in that case it should work, I just double checked your licenses and you only activated them for the staging website:
silong.woonb.com
Not for the production website.
You will need to deactivate the license and activate it again to add the correct URL.
Let us know if that helped.
Thanks
Hi,
most probably the server is running an old version of OpenSSL that makes it impossible for your server to communicate with ours.
Please ask to your hosting provider support to update OpenSSL on your server, or alternatively you can update via FTP or with a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Let us know how you went.
Thanks
hi,
that is a category page, it shows all listings sorted as you decide. The website doesn’t know by default were the user is and it can get that info only if the user share his location when asked.
In that case the user must be in Anaheim and if he is, he will see the page location/me with listings around him within a certain radius.
Otherwise users can search for listings near them using the advance search option and they can even expand or reduce the radius.
The related listings say related listing, not near by listings so that isn’t a bug or a problem. What you need is an extra widget and I can tell you by experience that such widget will slow down your website a lot.
We had the in the neighbourhood widget in GeoTheme and it was a support nightmare.
That is why we decided to explude it from GD.
Thanks
Hi,
please provide a link showing the untranslated words and we will advise.
Thanks
Hi,
in GD > MultiLocation > Home page should go to, select: Site root (ex: mysite.com/)
Nearby search by radius is available too with the advance search filter, I’m not sure I understand what you mean.
Thanks
Hi,
if you press the control key of your keyboard and hold it while selecting them and it will act as a multiselect.
Thanks
Just FYI, in case you find a developer available for this, we have a full tutorial that should make it easy for him: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/adding-a-payment-gateway-to-payments-manager/
Thanks

Hi,
there is no feed file within GeoDirectory. WordPress generates the feed for each taxonomy automatically.
As I said, this is way beyond support.
Thanks
Hi,
please provide a link and admin credentials and we will verify.
Thanks
June 23, 2016 at 6:13 pm in reply to: language file not working correctly after latest update #214766No need, you can update your current PO file with poedit.
1. download the NEW PO file on your desktop.
2. Open your OLD file (the one with translations) with poedit, click on catalogue and Update from POT file.
3. it will ask to select the New file.
that will add the new translations to your old file.
Thanks
Hi,
that looks like a server problem, if you provide admin credentials we will look deeper and help you fix it.
Thanks
Just FYI, Google Maps API sometimes doens’t work properly in localhost. It is better to work with it on a live server.
Thanks

Listing Descriptionchanged to CPT specific – CHANGED
Please update your po file with the latest version and you will be able to translate it again.
We split the 2 words so that it can be done uniquely for each CPT.
Thanks
Ok now that you explained it makes more sense and I’m glad you were able to find the solution on your own.
Thanks
