that is because there is no add event page, that is still the add-listing page.

You can only modify the page title, not the breadcrumb.

The space you are using for the stones is normally reserved for a logo and normally there is no text there.

The only way to do that would be to customize the header.php of the child theme to add some custom text before the logo…
