The notification problem is definitely a bug, while the search problem is a mistery to me.
I tried to fix you catgeories and removed the useless catgeory with the same name as the CPT, but it didn’t change anything.
Strange thing is that I can’t recreate the problem on any of my test website.
I asked to the developers to check both things for us.
They’ll let us know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
Categories can appear, but they won’t be in the form, they will be visible when clicking on customize my search button. Example: https://wpgeo.directory/attractions/
All the rest would require a customization.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve flagged this for the developers.
They’ll let us know as soon as it is fixed.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m sorry but that would require a customization.
Thanks
Hi,
I asked to Giri to follow up. He’s off for the week end now, so he’ll reply on monday.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
the 2 things are normally not connected. We added a script on Supreme to change the categories in the home page featured area if user changes the CPT selection in the search form, but I didn’t think about the problem if the admin changes the default CPT order.
I asked Stiofan to find a way to fix this.
We’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
if events have different time for all reoccurences, you must enetered them as separate events. Not as recurring events. You cannot set a differnt time for each reoccurance.
For the custom search filters please add this to gd > design > scripts > custom css:
.geodir-filter-cat { float: left; margin: 0 5% 0 0; width: 28%; }Let us know if that worked too.
Thanks
Hi, please read here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/translate-geodirectory-and-get-1-year-free/
It is either the Core plugin, or all Add-ons.
Thank you
Everything is done via functions.php of a child theme via actions and filters.
In the forum you will find plenty of example, if you download the Supreme directory child theme (you must be a member though), you will find plenty of examples inside it’s functions.php file.
Here are some links to few php snippets to customize the detail page:

The codex for this is here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/codex_project/geodirectory/
Thanks
May 6, 2016 at 4:32 pm in reply to: Make the custom field label bold or bigger on detail page #185678you are welcome 🙂
You are welcome 🙂
Those are widgets (did you recently add dummy data?).
Go to appearance widgets and set the options as you wish.
I removed now popular catgeories and set customize search to default in GD Home Top Section.
Thanks
I’ve put back your blog posts. Is this how it was. The change location in the menu was put to answer to your question. The only way to navigate a category for a specific location, is to navigate to the location 1st through the location switcher. If you don’t like it there you can remove it from GeoDirectory >> MultiLocation >> Show location switcher in menu. However you must place it somewhere via shortcode or your users wont be able to browse a category of a specific location.
Let me know if this helped.
Thanks
How was it looking before I’m sorry, but I don’t know… Did you have a custom page or that was the page but it looks different?
