Hi,
I see 2 instances of the popular post widget in your GD Home widgets section:
1 in the content section
2 in the sidebar
None of them have selected catgeories.
Please let us know where the problem is exactly.
Thanks
Hi,
the layout problem is created by an uneven number of sub-category for the last 3 elements (Places to stay, Shopping and Venues).
If all had the same number of subcategory it would look better.
Adding this to your custom css will fix this specific situation:
.gd-cptcat-ul.gd-cptcat-parent.gd-cpt-flat { width: 18%; } .gd-cptcat-gd_place ul:last-child { clear: both; }However if you add new catgeories or sub-categories that css could become useless and something else would need to be added to adapt it.
Thanks
Hi,
it would if you had the buddypress integration add-on installed and configured to show favorites in members profile.
Thanks
Hi,
Stiofan is looking into this, he’ll let us know asap.
Thanks
The home link in the breadcrumb is redirecting to your website home page. The only way to make it redirect to the gd home would be to use that page as the home page, which you say you don’t want…
Thanks
I reverted to your home page, I tested the breadcrumb and they work correctly. Guust probably misunderstood because him too couldn’t see what you explained. You have a lot of outdated plugins, you should update them all, finally you should delete w3 total cache and make sure to delete any file/folder it created in wp-content.
Thanks

Hi,

April 27, 2016 at 8:52 pm in reply to: Multi Ratings and Reviews – Can't Get the Review Page to Display #180334Hi,
you had the comment module of jetpack enabled and that was taking over the comment system.
I disabled it and now the reviews are back to normal.
You can’t use jetpack comment module if you want to use reviews. Reviews must be on your database.
Thanks

please provide admin credentials and we will check your settings.

Hi,
please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
or try a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/ (very easy to use)
or ultimately you will have to hire someone to help you out.
There is a limit to the number of css changes we can provide, these really go beyond support.
Thank you,
Hi,
I still can’t access it. I keep getting : access denied, not sure what to say.
I asked to the developers to see if they are luckier and to follow up.
Thanks of ryour patience,
I wasn’t using passive FTP.
I can only access via port 80 and there is a blank folder.
I’ve tried port 21 FTP, port 22 SFTP and it doesn’t work…
Let us know,
