Make sure the “All” option is unchecked too. If you provide credentials we can verify for you.
Thanks

April 27, 2016 at 5:25 pm in reply to: Upload problem/question with IMAGE and certain listngs #180175it should not matter, image is not a mandatory field, so if there is it should import it and if there isn’t it should do nothing.
April 27, 2016 at 5:24 pm in reply to: Is there a list of known characters to remove before import? #180174Hi,
if the collation of the CSV file is correct, any charachter should be accepted, unless you are copying and pasting text from a file with a different collation.
We would need to look into the file that is giving you problem to tell you more.
Let us know,
Thanks
20 is still ok.

April 27, 2016 at 5:08 pm in reply to: Upload problem/question with IMAGE and certain listngs #180168Hi,
in the CSV you should only specify the file name of the image (not a URL) and after importing the CSV the script tells you were to upload the files via FTP.
Is that what you did?
If yes, please provide a copy of the CSV that you are trying to import, a link and admin credentials and we’ll let you know what the problem is.
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
to create an home like that, you could install beaver builder plugin and try that out, you’ll probably need to tweak the home page css to allow everything full width. Anyway, creating your own custom home page goes beyond support.
Stiofan is looking into the search issue, he’ll let us know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
with GeoDIrectory active the theme main script throws an error:
ReferenceError: uniqID is not defined
var flickrUniqID = uniqID();
I’ve asked to the developers to check if it is something we can fix or we can suggest a fix to the theme developer.
We’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
that is because you installed the Location Manager before creating the default location.
Please deactivate the Location Manager. Create your default location and reactivate the add-on.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
no that is not possible, if the listing type is set to have a location, all listings must have a location.
with the custom post type add-on you can create a listing type that doesn’t require a location. After creating the new custom post type you go to GD > General > general tab > Select CPT to disable physical location and add your new CPT there.
In that case all listings will be without a location.
You can’t have a listing type accepting both listing with or without a location.
Thanks
Not really, but it is good practice to show maximum 5 or 10 listings per widget. Otherwise page loading time would degrade.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m testing on our demo website now with latest version of everything and I can’t recreate this.
Would you mind providing a link, admin and FTP credentials so that we can have a look?
You can set replies as private so that only our staff can read them.
Let us know,
Thanks
