I’ve just tested again on our demo and it works correctly.

I see in invoices that the Sample listings still is in pending and I don’t see any transaction for the second listing, so I guess you added it from the back end or in any case without going through payment.

Please set the price at zero while doing testing and try again adding both main listing and franchisee from the front end.

It will add the featured option to both.

Hi,

1st of all please read our support policy so that you know what you can expect from us in terms of support. We reply within 24 hrs.

What you created are custom post types, not categories. Hopefully this is the last time we repeat it.

You will have to create listings for the new custom post type, if you want it to be searchable. At the moment you only created the new listings type, but you still have only listings in the default Places CPT.

Deleting a claim after it has been approve will not change back the claim. You will have to do it in the individual listing. is claimed, no and change the author of the listing to the admin.

It only works if the claim has been denied.
