Hi,
you didn’t renew your old subscription, you bought a new one and that changed all your licenses.
Update the license numbers in GeoDirectory >> Auto Update / Licensing and it will work.
I did it for the advance search and it worked.
Thanks
When you create a custom post “company” GeoDirectory will create an archive for that CPT. You don’t need to create a page.
It will be yoursite.com/company
Listings added to that custom post type will appear automatically on that archive page.
Hope it’s clearer now.
Thanks
Hi,
that can only be done with CSS. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
You can try a plugin like this if you are not comfortable editing css: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/
Check out their video, it’s very easy to use.
Thanks
You can see the error in the URL :
add-listing/Array([error] Unable to create directory uploads/2016/04/temp_1. Is its parent directory writable by the server?)x
Thanks
Hi,
it looks like the wp-content/upload folder on your server is not writable.
You should chmod it to at least 755 permission recursively (all inner folders too).
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you can ask for support to your server admin. He’ll know what I’m talking about.
Thanks
That is no workaround, that is the correct way to manipulate font awesome without having to modify the markup.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m really sorry I can’t see anything wrong.
I asked to Stiofan to follow up.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
it appears that your licenses were only activated for : http://www.bookastall.com
and you are trying to update it from : http://www.bookastall.us
That’s not going to work. Deactivate and reactivate your license so that the new domain is authorized too.
I did it for the advance search and it worked.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve flagged this for the developers, we’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
I see everything correct on our side for your subscription.
I asked to Stiofan to follow up.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
did you update all add-ons too?
If yes, I’d suggest to momentarily disable all non GD plugins to see if the problem disappears.
If it does, reactivate one by one till you find the culprit.
Also make sure to delete wp super cache files in wp-content if any is still there. I’m not 100% sure that deactivating the plugin purge its cache.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
after disabling wp super cache (I disabled it), the map was working fine.
If you updated core, you should also update all add-ons.
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Go to GD >> Design >> Map >> Show / hide post type and category on map
and tick the catgeories you don’t want to show on the map.
Thanks
