You should try to clear your geolocation browser settings, not only cookies and cache.

your events have no address, so the system doesn’t really know where they are.

The fact that in the name of the category your added Chicago or Miami will not make a differece.

There must be an address, city, region and country selected in the event for that to work.

The only way to make the categories fit, would be to make the box larger.

Something like this in your custom css should do it.

It seems like wp_mail is not working at all on your website. Not only for GeoDirectory, but for everything.

I don’t think there is anything we can do here.

please see developer message :On customer’s site the plugin and theme editor is disabled via define( ‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, true ) in wp-config.php
At http://eyp.co.in/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=sucuriscan_infosys#wpconfig-vars shows that on site DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT is set “true” to disable plugin and theme editor. Please @see for more https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Disable_the_Plugin_and_Theme_Editor
For this reason can’t able to apply patch for neighbourhoods import fix. So please provide FTP credentials or allow access to the plugin editor.
