Hi,
everything looks in order to me too. I asked to the developers to check and let us know.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
not GoDaddy wordpress managed plans. All their other hosting solutions will be fine.
That managed plan is good for simple blogs and website. Not for applications.
Their caching system is too strict.
Thanks
hi,
I ask to the developer for a solution to hide the widget in the location me page.
For the second part I’m not sure I understand what you need.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
because godaddy managed plan includes a built in caching system that you cannot disable.
Thanks
Hi,
you can only add a shortoce in the description field, by default wordpress doesn’t parse shortcodes anywhere else.
Otherwise you could add it programatically, for example adding a new tab: https://wpgeodirectory.com/add-a-new-tab-in-the-listing-detail-page/
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Not at all, thanks for sharing! 🙂
Hi,
it seems like you have geolocation activated. Go to GeoDirectory >> Advance Search and deactivate everything related to GeoLocation.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
not sure when this happened but previously if you started to type in a location and then chose that location from the dropdown menu it went directly to that specific location page
It goes to the location page if you use the location switcher only. If you use the search near field, it searches. Always been like that.
I’m not sure I understand the second question though.
Let me know,
Thanks
Hi,
I can’t recreate this in any of our demo, please provide a URL and admin credentials and I’ll ask the developers to check directly on your install.
Thanks
Hi,
please see this post for the 1st question: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/open-box-second-spot/#post-65962
For the 2nd, you will need this css:
#comments .comment_more_ratings .place-gallery a { margin-right: 0; width: 100%; }You can add both in gd > design > scripts > custom css.
Thanks
Hi,
it is not possible to have blank options. I’m sorry.
Thanks
Hi,
please post links of each example, because I’m not sure I understand your question.
Let us know,
Thanks
hi,
they share the same font-weight, neither are bold.
The content title are simply of a bigger size.
If you want to change that, you should consider installing a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/ and modify as you wish.
Thanks
p.s. you should really ask to your client to provide credentials to ask for support if premium products are installed.
It doesn’t seems like an unreasonable policy to ask users to demonstrate that they have a licence for what we sell.
Thanks
