this is the answer from the developers:

Html comments in inline javascript causes javascript error – FIXED

Problem is if there is html comment “” in inline javascript then it replace all javascript content between “” with blank, so those inline javascript not processed by GD Booster and it results an errors.
Membership Pro plugin has most of inline js with html comment “”.

Also fixed on customer’s site – http://hoofprint.tv/membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1

Please check and confirm.
