Hi alex,
‘we do not recommend that change and do not think it is necessary’ If you say that means there could be problems in future, thanks for advise. I take it as a suggestion.
I also have another thing in my mind, planing to put some hidden fields in claim forms and then Unchecked box ‘Auto approve via email verification?’ After that we can check which claim is legitimate or not. Hope that will speed up the process of approvals.

Yes you are right i was also thinking about that, Tried that too, but i did not see re-direct rules in URL, Got confused weather it will work or not, still working on that. Here are 2 things i applied.
1st-Link in the same window, login form appeared in ninja form popup window and after login it was a homepage that opened up in ninja form window which is not good at all.
2nd-Link in another window and then the login form appeared in a different window and previous window did not get logged in automatically, as of now 2nd option seems to work for me but it sound like a temporary solution as there is no redirect rules associated with it.
Please share if in case you have some better idea.

Yes that is a good option, However when we enable that we get just a message saying you must be logged in to send message, I also tried to use Userswp short code there but in that case the recaptcha was not working(may be because of plugin conflicts), As we were using short codes on ninja forms functions.I am going to attach some images for what testing i have done.

Image-4 Recaptcha does not work, may be because of 2 plugin settings conflicts.I really like the Post Claim function as it is very nice, User get redirected to login page and as soon as they login/register user gets a pop-up window for ninja forms. Is it possible we can achieve same redirection with normal forms. If yes then how.
It will be very helpful. I am also trying to solve this from my end, if you know anything similar to that please share.

Thanks for the quick support to your team, It seems to be a plugin conflict. I removed 2 plugins and after that this issue is solved. Below are the plugins.

I think ‘WP Hide & Security Enhancer’ could be the reason for that because it has re-write functions and might have made any folder name that is why in the picture few tabs does not show value gd_places. I figured this out as it was on 1 website but other websites was not facing any issues.Anyways the issue is solved you can close this topic.

Thanks for the quick reply, I just Solved this with database manager 5 minutes before, I really don’t know what is this problem all about. When i launched database manager with Cloudways i saw few things and changed some values like 1 to 0 and then i tried to add those tabs and it worked.But i think the main problem is still there. Because i see duplicate values, Sending you a screenshot and please let me know if you understand the main cause of this issue, It might have given me a panic attack.
The 2nd & 7th Row makes me think about it.
As per my opinion, when we delete any tabs it is not getting deleted from the database that is causing this issue when we try to add them back. Please suggest if i am missing anything in settings.

Then only it will get displayed for all listings irrespective they have key ’email’ with any value or not.
How can i miss a small check box. This is a true example of over confidence which has wasted my 2 Days.
Rest setting i think i will be able to manage.

Surender MehraI think the problem is not Ninja Forms & Whoop theme, It is something else. Because it is available for some listings.
Let me explain what i am trying to do here. I want to add an option on my website which is ‘Report Problems’ and use hidden fields like Listing ID, URL Etc. If a user has any problem with listing they can report it.
Few listings show this form however most of them does not. I think the reason is because the key ’email’ does not have any value for most of the listings.
I don’t want information to be sent to listing owner, because it will be a hidden conversation with users and site administrator in order to avoid any frauds. what do you think can solve this.
Oh i am sorry, I think it is my mistake. Let me try again. I think i found the issue. I have made some changes and that could be the reason why form does not show up.

I don’t mind your suggestion is being posted on my topics, even it feels good that people from other directories are supporting my opinion.I have 100% trust on GeoDirectory team they take every suggestion very seriously, in last few weeks they have also implemented 1 core function in ‘GD Search’ which is going to benefit all of us. But i am not sure how easy or difficult this function might be as it has to be compatible with all other functions.
Alex i am sure your team will find the way of implementing it.

Fine, Generally we don’t add those extra categories, We only add categories which are related to listings. However sometimes for some locations it is observed few categories does not get any listings and that is the point we face problems.
As of now i add categories which are very specific and commonly used in all locations. However it will be very beneficial if we have this option in GDV2. Something like a check box which can trigger this as active and show categories which has content or listings in search location.
I know this might go beyond support this moment, I don’t want to implement this right now. As next couple of months we will be focusing on marketing. we might need this after 2-3 months.
If you have any internal database for suggestion request of Geodirectory functions then Please add this question to that database.

Nice you have implemented this also, i was thinking about this customization for the new project, now we already have it in GDV2. It is a very good function which we wanted to include.Thanks for clarifications…….
I also wanted to know 1 more thing. 1 Day i was talking to other member of GeoDirectory in Facebook group and we were discussing 1 customization. Earlier i was using very less space in hosting that could be the reason for low speed. Now i am on 8 GB server RAM.
The customization which we were discussing is related to 404 errors, when we use multiple categories and have different locations. If location does not have any listings with categories then google take it as 404 errors as it brings no results.
“Charlie Suggested he ran into that with a Directory Theme but their support added some code to only show Categories that have content. Wonder if that is possible with GeoDirectory?”

I am confused with this. I remember in January i started 1 topic about categories, Here is the link:

Lets take an example for this new update.
A=Parent category
B=Child/Sub categoryIf i understood the function correctly:
If user search for Category ‘B’ then search results will show listings for Category (B) as ‘B’ is a child category.
However, if a user search for ‘A’ then the results will show (A+B) as ‘A’ has subcategories.Please correct me if i am wrong.
