Links are only changed on the frontend.
You should not have to upload anything to MaxCDN, it does it all for you.

The problem seems to be that the version of openSSL is before there was a standardized way to deal with wildcard SSL domain certificates which was not set until feb 2011 and you ver is from ####OpenSSL 0.9.8o 01 Jun 2010.Basically they need to update openSSL…
