Done, please check ur GDB settings, you should ahve an extra one near the bottom for MaxCDN, the root url should include the http(s) and should not include the trailing slash. (i havet added proper instructions yet)

The problem seems to be you are reaching the max blob size for the DB row.
You have many many custom fields for the one CPT (Places), in addition you have lots of file uploads which require a certain amount of space each.I am not sure how technical you are, i will try and explain things simply below:
We store each custom field as a column on a table for quick processing and filtering of these fields, each CPT has its own table for this. In SQL there is a maximum row size, this theoretical number is 1024 but these would be simple true/false values, when you start making the column types more complex they use more bytes which can lower the count significantly.I have made a change to the way the file custom fields are saved to the DB, if you go through each one and save them (just open and click save) they will re-save the new way and give you some more space, if you hit the limit again after this i would consider splitting things into different CPT’s.

The system we have to sell our products does not let us have different expire times for the one product, so we have to have 3 products, 4,6 and 12 month “products” these give you access to all addons but create their own licence keys when bought, this is the reason we cant let you renew at a different monthly value.
If you now purchase the 4 month package when it expires you will have the option to renew the 4 month package or the 12 month package (unless you want me to remove it) but again they will use different licence keys.

1. Yes menus will need to be recreated.

4. Under GD>permalinks you can set login page and add listing page, then these pages will be used for those functions, the login url is usually /gd-login/ which will be changed if you change the permalink of that page.

6. These are all just widgets, please look under the GD Home Top widget area.

You seem to think we are trying to trick you into signing up for 12 months to somehow “make more money”? If our goal was to make more money then we would have converted everyone to a 4 month package, those are the most profitable for us, the 12 month is best value for you!
We are here to help you, we treat people as they treat us, we are not trying to trick you as it seem you think we are… I have tried to answer all your questions and i believe i have, if have not please point out anyone’s i have not and i will be happy to answer them fully for you.
Your negative and distrusting attitude seems to come from no where, we are simply a small business of less than 10 people trying to make things work, we had to change licencing system to comply with all country laws that we sell to, the old system could no longer do this for us. The new licencing system is not perfect but neither was the old one, we are doing our best to make it work. The worst case scenario for you is you buy a 4 month package and have to re-enter new licence keys.
I hope i have cleared up any confusion and you can see we are only trying to help you and not trick you? If you genuinely think so low of our company then please don’t renew, but hopefully you can see it’s a misunderstanding.

Yes, you will have to change licences for updates, it wont effect your site in any other way.
I am unable to understand what you mean by “OLD SYSTEM”. When I had purchased the Licence, there were options for different periods, including 4 months. Obviously, the renewals should be also be in the same fashion, unless otherwise specified, which was not there. Please also note that I purchased a 4 month licence and not a 12 month licence.. So how can a 4 month licence be renewed as a 12 month licence? How can your system convert my 4 month licence to a 12 month one, when I had actually subscribed for a 4 month licence? And how can your system now tell me that my 12 month licence cannot be renewed as a 4 month one? Mine was only a 4 month licence.
Since you bought we have changed licencing system, your account was imported into our new licencing system but the only way to do it effectively was to export/import everyone on the same package so we could get everyones expire date correct, effectively everyones was put on the 12 month package and then the purchase date was set as 12 months before the expire date of the old licence, we thought it best to import everyone to the 12 month package rather than the 4 or 6 month one as it’s better value if they want to renew, at the time we didn’t know it would create new licence keys.
I hope this clears things up a little.

This is done via JS so it’s hard to overwrite it effectively, i have made it easier to change in the next version of advanced search via a hook. If you would like me to implement this on your site early please provide wp-admin and FTP details.

This is a limitation of the system we use now (EDD), each time period is essentially a different product and buying each one will result in new licence keys being created unless it is renewed. Your account was imported from our old system as were all accounts as a 12 month account, this was so we were able to match everyone’s expire date.
Essentially it is impossible at the moment to renew a 12 month licence as a 4 month and keep the same licence keys, i apologise for any inconvenience, we have been working with the developers of EDD to try and improve things for future releases.Regards,
