General problems

    Hi, I have DIVI installed. The issue is that I’m trying to configure different parts of your add-on, but I run into problems since I do not see elements that you name in the documentation. I do not get the Shortcodes generator, I have disabled Gutemberg -I’ve also tried this editor, but neither does your shortcodes generator appear. In the pages that are created by default, absolutely nothing appears in the editor, in the front-end itself; but I can not customize anything as you explain in your documentation.
    What must be happening?

    The shortcode generator only appears in classic mode, not if you use a page builder which I think you probably are.

    I have already mentioned that I have used the classic constructor and neither the shortcode generator nor the elements in the pages appear to be edited. Anyway, in that page that you indicate to me, and that by the way I had already read before exposing my problem, it is implied that the DIVI editor is compatible.

    Where can the problem come from?

    For what it’s worth, I just installed a default theme of WordPress and tested with the classic editor, and neither the generator nor the pages appear the possibility of editing them.

    Did you install V1 or V2? There is no shortcode generator in V1.
    Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will check your settings.

    You have V1 installed. The documentation for V1 is here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/

    But we suggest to change to V2 if you are starting a new site: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/installation/#convert
