    With the push to upgrade PHP to 7.x for improved security, speed, etc., what is the current compatibility for (MySQL compatibility would be helpful too):

    – GD
    – GD specific plugins
    – GD specific themes
    – if known, packaged/recommended plugins & themes

    Follow up question…

    Under the V2 page on conflicts, there is a link to known issues, which is the same for V1: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/

    Are these the same for both versions or are some of these no longer an issue under V2?

    Ok, good to know.

    In particular, do you know whether EWWW Image Optimizer still has conflicts, and/or any specific recommendations for a similar image optimizer that works well with GD…preferably can be set to run automatically?
