All was working fine until there was an update; after the update, listings appeared only on the places page but when you clicked an individual listing, up popped a 404 error page. For some reason, with a bit of time, the issue sorted itself out, and the listings reappeared, but now there was another update, and yet again, listings clicked = 404 error. Also, the page with all the licenses, also disappeared. Licenses are not expired, but the places in which to place the keys, is gone. And, the big map at the top of the places page, has also disappeared. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    listings clicked = 404 error
Any new listing added works fine, but whatever I tried does not re-activate the existing listings.
I cannot directly find any plugin conflict.
    How do you update? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/

Also, the page with all the licenses, also disappeared.
    Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-easy-updates/

And, the big map at the top of the places page, has also disappeared.
I added the map back at GD Listings Top section.

I’ll get a developer to have a look too, but please create a temporary administrator so we can fully investigate.

    Hi Angela,

neither I can’t find a reason why the listings are returning 404. It looks very strange, everything seems to be correct.

I’ve flagged this for the developers, they will let us know asap.

    Thanks for your patience,

    Hi Angela,

    Please check now.

You had wrong settings at GeoDirectory > Multilocations > Location Settings. You had enabled “Enable Multi Countries” & “Enable Multi Regions” but there was ticked “Enable default city” for City. So all listings which have not city as a default city selected, goes to 404 not found.
If multi countries & multi regions are enabled then enabling default city does not make sense. I have enabled “Enable Multicity” and now all listings working fine.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
