You are using tabs, so, remove reviews from the tabs. Go to

CPT Settings – Tabs – Reviews (Remove)

For the kind of changes you are asking for, changing font styles and rearranging the layout, you really need a designer or a different theme with more options. Some themes have thousands and thousands of options. If you want help, hands on help to make that site more like the way you think it should look, checkout our experts directory. That is not possible without a customization.

I will flag your idea for the developers, though, who will let us know if they have plans to integrate something like this in the future.

Which part are you trying to remove?

If you are using tabs, remove the Reviews tab using the Tabs UI.

Comments also might need to be disabled in WP.

The GD Detail template might have gd_post_rating, to be removed.

Check those and let us know.
