Some themes do not have a footer/bottom area.
What theme are you using?
Here is an example of how you can do that with CSS
.post-5681 .featured-area { display: none; }Thank you, the developer has been alerted and will take a look when he gets back to the office.
Can you say more? What addon are you updating, V what to what?
Hello,
You are running GDV1, so, you can delete the second Location Manager, which is for V2.
There is not, the author URLs are dynamic and so the functionality is included in the dashboard widget.
Hello,
I can see the issue there but I am going to have to flag this for the developers to take a look at the issue. Thanks for your patience while they look into it.
Hello,
I am getting “incorrect password”.
Please validate credentials and repost.
Is this the latest Pro? Should we check the home page?
Hi Jose,
thanks for writing in about the issue. We are working on a solution. You can stay tuned here or make your own topic if you have something else to report.
Hello,
Thanks for writing in. This looks like a bug. I have flagged your topic for the developers to take a look.
Can you provide FTP access for further debugging?
When V2 is installed it “Build the site” by setting up the default page templates and the setup wizard will add the sidebar widgets to your main sidebar.
You can see a video here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/overview/#setup
The majority of the HTML elements will inherit styles from your theme, like the color of paragraph text and so on.
Every theme has different controls so you should use the theme that has the features you like.
A param for that will be available in the next release. No timeline to share, coming soon.
Hello,
GeoDirectory comes with the GD > Dashboard widget and shortcode. You can place that anywhere you like to provide visitors with links to their author pages.
We also have a Buddypress Integration addon, or skip the BuddyPress-user-activation-required-feature and go directly to our recommended solution, https://userswp.io which provides login/logout, profiles, and listings integration with the profile.
Hello,
please try disabling non-GD plugins to find the plugin that is causing the conflict.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/troubleshooting-guide/#conflict
None of the settings pages on your site are visible. Please use the conflict test instructions to identify which plugin is causing that, then disable it so we can view the settings.
You can check to see if the email field is set to display in the Detail sidebar output.
