Hello,
Images should be uploaded through the Images field. The first image listed will be set as the featured image by Geodirectory.
You can do this through the frontend or backend editor.
Images loaded through the media library will not be used as the featured image for listings.
If there is still a problem, we can check it out for you. Just send over the following info:

You can confirm the directory in GD Booster settings. Check the docs for more information.

You can login there with the same account used here in the forums.
The plugin is used for sales of listings, checkout, and recurring billing for listing subscriptions.
Really, the add-listing form is a very special form.
You would have an easier time building a simple plugin form that could submit via rest API.
It is not possible to customize the add listing form without working on the template.
This will be one of the biggest changes with V2, and we are happy about that here in support 🙂
Not without customizing the template.

Add Search widgets to each of the Home, Listing, Search, and Detail page areas at:
WordPress – Appearance – Widgets
Widget areas are listed here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
Let us know how it goes
Add Listing shortcode (template) overrides all content in any page within which it is used.
There are two settings, one for all non-paid listings:
Geodirectory – Design – Listings – LISTING GENERAL SETTINGS – New listing default status – Set Status
And then one for paid listings:
Geodirectory – Prices and Payments – General – Paid Listing Status – Set Status
This reply has been marked as private.Your site is set to use Open Street Maps.
If you want to use Google, switch the map API back to Google at
Geodirectory – Design – Map
If you switch to OSM, like has been done on the site, then there is some transition to be expected.
The locations differ, specifically the lat and lon of the cities, and the data in the site is being confused with results coming back from Open Street Maps.
May 19, 2018 at 4:26 pm in reply to: Critical – urgent help needed for listing image display #431299GD Booster cache is already disabled and the site is working now.
It means that one of the new plugins is causing a conflict.
Please try disabling non-GD plugins to find the one that is causing the conflict with GD Booster.
You can also try WP Super Cache if you cannot find the issue.
Did you already secure your site with an SSL certificate?

Please login with the account used to purchase premium addons.
Premium support is only available to active members.
We recommend use of WP Invoicing for payments, and there is a Stripe integration available:
https://wpinvoicing.com/downloads/category/gateways/
You can login there with the same credentials used on this site.
If you have questions about how WP Invoicing works, please feel free to create a topic in the support forum:

If payment is made with Invoicing first, without associating the invoice and customer/user with a listing, then a listing can then be created manually by the admin and assigned to the user (as author) so that the user can then edit the listing.
It is not possible to attach a paid invoice to a listing, though, they are independant if they are not created together using the checkout flow used by the integration between Geodidrectory Pricing Manager and WP Invoicing.
GD Search is a available as a widget and can be added to various widget areas:
