There are a number of BCC emails in the log. I am not sure exactly which one you might be missing but I do see an Admin BCC sent to you for a post submission.
If the emails are being added to the log then this is either an issue of your host trashing SPAM or your email client.
Check your email and look in the spam folder. You can also try customizing those emails so they have more unique information in them. We definitely recommend changing the text “Website Enquiry” to avoid the SPAM filters.

#1 – Full width – This is a general wordpress setting. If changing the page changed the layout, then that may have to do with the template used for the page. This should be available in a select field on the page. Make sure the settings match the page with the layout you want.
#2 – Setting GD Pages – updated text about that here to say “do not set a single page more than once”. The location page and home page have different settings/behaviors and should not be the same page. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#home
#3 – Setting location page widgets – the location page uses the GD Home template widget settings. Whatever widgets are added to the GD Home page widget areas will also appear on the location pages. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
#4 – GD Listing Right Sidebar CPT Categories – currently set to hide empty categories, so, some categories will not appear in some cases. Category count is not enabled.
#5 – GD Search Right Sidebar CPT Categories – set to filter for post type, but this is the search page and shows all post types.
#6 – Empty Category counts – Please send a link to an example page.

Each portion of the URL should be unique, so, if a duplicate is added, then a “-1” or “-1” is added on to differentiate the slugs. You can use BSR to find and replace them if needed: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/search-and-replace-plugin-for-wordpress-database/

GD works alongside Yoast, but we do not currently track any other SEO related plugins or their compatibility. Other SEO plugins may cause unexpected results.

you are using Yoast for Titles and Metas. You can use either Yoast or Geodirectory for this.
If you want to use GD, then go to GD – Titles and Meta and select “Disable overwrite by Yoast SEO titles & metas on GD pages”
We will not be able to help you with a custom plugin to “to put variable in widget text area…to generate dynamic content for every category page” because we do not undertake custom development or custommizations in the forum here.

Please disable all GD Addon, and then install the GeoDirectory core plugin. Once that is installed you can activate any GD addons that are needed.

it looks like a screenreader plugin of some kind is interfering with the setting fields.
Try disabling your non-GD plugins to figure out which one is causing the problem.
Let us know which plugin it is and we can see if we can find a solution.

What are the two items you are searching for?
“Search for” looks at titles/description/categories/tags.
What would the other field search?
Have you already tried adding a ‘category select’ to the search bar?
