We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem, but in the case of the API keys we won’t be able to access the third party configuration inside the developer console.

Please be sure to use the “Generate API Key” button inside GD when getting a new key, and skip the security settings as there may be an issue with how you are configuring it.

Instead, once you generate a new project and key, take a picture of the settings and attach it to a reply here so we can see those settings.

You should use the Generate button because GD is trying to make the key in a specific way.

Please also include WP Admin access in a private reply.

There is not a feature built into GD to change that URL, no.

Some members have chosen to use a category or tag for the most important listing features so they can use the tag to filter listings inside the shortcodes and widgets.

If you use a tag, then a GD Listings shortcode, you can place a list of the listings on any page and make sort options available.

    Please read this page:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-permalinks/#url

You must include the full location in the URL because your directory covers more than one region and/or country.

On the page GD – Permalinks check the box at the top “Include Location in URLs” and set it to include the full URL.

Once you do that, then go to WP – Permalinks and save the settings again.

    That should do it.

    Hello,

YOu can create a custom menu item using the URL of the search for the pet friendly listings. That’s the easiest way.

You can disable the widget at WP – Appearance – Widgets – Detail Page Sidebar

The location pages need the location in the URL.

Let us know what you decide.

Ah, I see. OK, if you want to have location pages, then you need to add the location to the URL.

    Hello,

there may be a host issue on the site, however, after adjusting your GD Permalinks settings and saving in WP Permalinks a couple times I was able to get the pages working.

Please check and let us know.

    Hello,

you will need to add widgets to the home/location page widget areas, and to make sure that the widget settings are configured in such a way that your CPT will be displayed.

To check it you could add a GD Popular Post View widget one copy each for each of your CPT set to show all categories with 100 listings.

We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.

Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.
