That’s a customization and outside of what we can do here in support, but we can take a look and see if we can point you in the right direction.
Please make a private reply and include your site URL as well as WP Admin and FTP credentials.
I can tell you a couple things to help you troubleshoot this. Assuming you have successfully changed geodir_variable_name to match your custom field, can you verify that the new custom class showing in the listing page (using inspector, for example)?

Have you verified that your new styles are loading? You can always try placing them in GD > Design > Scripts to test them.

Search is always “one CPT” at a time. If you want to search all your listings from one search, all the time, then you should use just one CPT.
Categories will not link CPTs. Categories are unique to each CPT.

A few things you could check in the meantime:
Have you checked your GD Permalinks?
Are you testing with a logged in user, unregistered?
Any extra content on the “Preview Listing” page?
