Yes, you could use the ‘is not empty’ setting, then for the badge use %%input%% to show the value entered into the field.
On the page there is a statement that says :
This 3rd party theme is sold, maintained and supported by its own developer.
Next to “Included in Membership” there is a big red circle with an X in it to signify it is not included.
I guess we can try to put the work “No” in place of the red X.
When you configure the GD Ninja Forms widget, you can choose which form should show.
Try adding a new GD Ninja Forms widget to the details page sidebar and select the form you want to use.

You would then add the menu data for each listing into the field.

if you have cloned your site, then plugins won’t update because they neeed the licenses reactivated on the new staging domain.
Click the license, copy the license, click deactivate, wait for prompt, click license, paste, activate.
Once you plugins allow updates you will want to follow these steps to upgrade

when a user adds a listing, their account is marked as the author and they can edit the listing.
You can use GD Author Actions in the details page sidebar to show that logged in user a link to edit the post on the frontend.
Use GD Dashboard in a footer to give users a link to find their listings.
