UsersWP core gives you the option to require email activation.
With the moderation addon you can then manually approve users.
I will ask the developer to answer your question as to whether the registration confirmation email is sent immediately or later when/if the user’s registration is approved.

have you tried installing the Custom Post Types addon?
You can change the name of the CPT with that, and then visit the title field itself to make additional adjustments.
About the map, do you mean how the map is displayed on the listing details page?
You can set that and enforce how it is shown, certainly. You can hide the option to choose the map style in the custom fields settings for address, and then edit the tabs to add a shortcode for the map you want, or add a widget instead to show the map in a sidebar.
Well, the template must have been changed. Try changing it back.
To receive support you will need to bring your license up to date.
I have asked the developers to take a look to see if there is a workaround for that.

Also try adding GD Author Actions widget to your details page sidebar. That will show the listing owner the edit link.
There is an option to show custom fields and search terms, but categories are not included in the option at:
GD – Settings – General – Search – Show advanced – Show search terms (for custom fields)
The GD Shortcode button shows up on textareas, that is the icon/button you show in your screenshot.
To display special offers, visit the field settings and select “Show in extra output locations” and choose “Listings” .

to find the right URLs, just perform the search you want and copy that URL.
If you are doing a near search with the search bar then yes, the listings should be sorted by nearest and show distance. Example:
