I cannot see GeoDirectory installed.
Yes, import categories before listings. Once imported you can see the category IDs and match those to your listings.
Locations will be added automatically with the listings using the listing address.
Please share again credentials for the site where you have GD installed if we need to check the settings.
That is a feature, and you can disable it on the Location tab settings as shown here:
Hello,
if you cannot login, then the best thing to do is disable UsersWP via FTP by renaming the folder or deleting it.
Once you can login, it sounds like you might have a snippet active that you can disable before you install again and complete the setup.
For more about this issue, please post to the UsersWP support forum here:
You can login with the same credentials that you use on this site.
If it is on the details page, then you can edit the GD Details page template and replace the GD Post claim form that is not working with a new GD Ninja Forms shortcode that uses your new form.

You can use the Title field advanced settings (blue button) to reveal the validation settings.
Add a validation rule and adjust it to meet your requirements.
More detail information is here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#validation
Search map should be an archive map in order to show the results from GD Loop (not GD Listings). You can also use the option “Show all posts” or all_posts=1 to show ALL posts instead of just those shown on the page.
Find the field in the custom fields tab (Places -> Custom fields -> Field)
Open the field Advanced Settings
At the very bottom select the option to use the field in sorting options.
Save the field
Visit the sorting tab, find the field on the left
Click on the field
Adjust the sorting options
Let us know how it goes
Roles in that field cannot access the backend at all, ever.
You can change the role in the WP settings, but by default it is set to Subscriber. GD will not change the user role, ever.
I am sure we can help you with GeoDirectory related issues. Once you get it installed, just open a new topic if you get stuck.
You do not need WP All Import to import listings into GeoDirectory
To see the GeoDirectory import options you must first install GeoDirectory. Then you will find the settings at
GD – Settings – Import/Export
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/
We recommend you add custom CSS to the customizer.
